Job Responsibilities:The Assistant Property Manager (APM) is part of the Operations Team within DuPont Fabros Technology (DFT). The APM shall support the Data Center Property Management team by performing a wide variety of property management and administrative aspects associated with the day-to-day operations of a large scale data center, while ensuring that the highest levels of Customer (Tenant) service is maintained.
Job Responsibilities:The Assistant Critical Infrastructure Manager (ACIM) is part of the Operations Team within DuPont Fabros Technology (DFT). The Assistant Critical Infrastructure Manager shall report to the Critical Infrastructure Manager of Operations at DFT’s CH1 data center and shall be fully engaged in the day-to-day operations of a large scale data center electrical plant, while ensuring that the highest levels of reliability and availability are maintained.
Job Responsibilities:The Director of Property Management (DPM) shall provide leadership and management for the Property Management Team within DFT. This team consists of Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers and Client Coordinators who are responsible for the day to day administrative management and client service management of DFT’s growing portfolio of large scale, high-end data centers. The DPM shall report to and work closely with the EVP, Data Center Operations to establish and maintain standards and best practices within the property management team, ensuring consistency in property operations, processes and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:The Director of Security (D.O.S.) position reports directly to the Executive VP of Operations and is part of DuPont Fabros Data Center Operations Team. The Director of Security shall provide leadership and management for the day-to-day security operations of several large scale data centers, while ensuring that the highest levels of security, plant safety and tenant availability are maintained. The D.O.S. will work closely with the EVP of Operations and the senior management staff of Data Center Operations and Data Center Development to assure an effective tactical and strategic plan is implemented to support current and future Data Center operations.
