One of the largest data centers in the United States, ACC5 is located at the Ashburn Corporate Center campus (ACC) in Northern Virginia. Designed to LEED standards, the facility is constructed in two phases of 18.2 MW of Critical Load each; Phase 1 was delivered in September 2009, with Phase 2 expected to be available in late 2010. Customers are able to lease one or multiple dedicated computer rooms each with independent redundancy and security. The campus has multiple major fiber carriers on site and benefits from some of the country's most competitive power rates.

Ashburn, Virginia ACC6 will be developed in two phases on approximately 30.4 acres of land at the Ashburn Corporate Center in Virginia. Once fully built out, the two phases of the 300,000+ gross square feet facility will have an aggregate critical load of 31.2 MW.

Ashburn, Virginia ACC7 is planned to be built on approximately 10.4 acres of land at the Ashburn Corporate Center in Virginia. Ground-up development will be constructed in one phase and will comprise 100,000 gross square feet, 50,000 of which will be raised floor with a critical load of 10.4 MW.

Located in the western suburbs of Chicago, CH1 is one of the Midwest's most sophisticated and efficient data centers. The facility is constructed in two phases of 18.2 MW of Critical Load each; Phase I was delivered in August 2008. Clients are able to lease one or multiple dedicated computer rooms each with independent redundancy and security. The property has multiple major fiber carriers on site and benefits from some of the country's most competitive power rates. Customer requiring substantial office space can utilize the adjacent and exclusive 32,000 square foot office building.

Located in Piscataway, New Jersey, one of the largest, sophisticated and efficient data centers available in the Greater Metro New York/New Jersey Area, NJ1 will bring a new class of data center to the market. Located in Piscataway, New Jersey and designed to LEED Standards, NJ1 will be built in two identical Phases, each comprising 18.2 MW of Critical Load. With its flexible and efficient design, customers are able to lease one or multiple dedicated computer rooms each with independent redundancy and security. Should a tenant's requirement increase, our scalable solution enables them to take additional space as needed. Phase I will be delivered in fourth quarter 2010. The facility will have multiple major fiber carriers on site and will benefit from the area's most competitive power rates.

Located in Santa Clara, California the data center is planned to be constructed on 17.2 acres of land. Upon completion, SC1 will comprise 360,000 gross square feet, 176,200 of which will be raised floor, with an aggregate critical load of 36.4 MW. Construction is designed in two phases, with 18.2 MW per phase.
