Development Pipeline

NJ1, Piscataway, New Jersey
NJ1 will be developed in two phases on approximately 38.1 acres of land in Piscataway, New Jersey, which is located less than 30 miles from New York City. NJ1 will comprise approximately 360,000 gross square feet with 176,200 of which will be raised floor, with an aggregate critical load of 36.4 MW.

SC1 and SC2, Santa Clara, California
Two new data centers are planned to be constructed on 17.2 acres of land in Santa Clara, California. Upon completion, SC1 will comprise 360,000 gross square feet, 176,200 of which will be raised floor, with an aggregate critical load of 36.4 MW. Construction is designed in two phases, with 18.2 MW per phase.

ACC6, Ashburn, Virginia
ACC6 will be developed in two phases on approximately 30.4 acres of land at the Ashburn Corporate Center in Virginia. Once fully built out, the two phases of the 300,000+ gross square feet facility will have an aggregate critical load of 31.2 MW.

ACC7, Ashburn, Virginia
ACC7 is planned to be built on approximately 10.4 acres of land at the Ashburn Corporate Center in Virginia. Ground-up development will be constructed in one phase and will comprise 100,000 gross square feet, 50,000 of which will be raised floor with a critical load of 10.4 MW.
