Yes. If we have serious interest in a candidate, we ask him or her to complete a background check disclosure and authorization form. Completing this form allows DFT to, at a minimum, verify the candidate’s legal right to work in the United States and conduct a criminal background check. Depending on the position in consideration, further verifications may be required.

If the position you apply for requires confirmation of a particular skillset that is measurable through testing, it is possible that you may be required to submit to a test as part of the interview process.
